Shareholder’s Plan: Thanks to all those who responded to roll call. I think we have the numbers needed to get P&G’s attention. Special thanks to all those who e-mailed me and offered their direct support. I will call on you when the time is right. A small group of shareholders decided it was time to get more involved and figure out a way to get P&G back to the table, or out of the way. We have prepared a letter to P&G stating what we consider to be an accurate assessment of the situation. The original was signed by a shareholder in Nevada, who sent it overnight to a shareholder in Colorado, who has sent it overnight to me. Two other shareholders and I will sign it tomorrow and send it overnight to P&G. You can see why it would have taken too long to get everyone to sign the original. So I am going to post the letter for everyone to read tomorrow. I then request if you support the letter, to print it out, sign it with your name and address, and perhaps a personal note of support, and mail it to P&G. I do not believe e-mailing it to P&G will be of much value. So I ask that everyone who supports it take the time to mail it. We need to let P&G know that there are a significant number of us who will go the extra mile to save our investment. Our goal is to persuade and pressure P&G management into meaningful discussion with Cyclopss' Management that will either result in funding or a complete separation. We are not threatening legal action in our letter. However, I think it is clear from our letter that we have grounds for legal action. If P&G does not take positive steps to remedy the situation, we are planning to file a class action lawsuit based on securities law. Roger
