Corporate America is full of "fat cats," Kay. Most of these are white male VPs making, say, 150 to 250 grand a year ... more if they can screw workers out of pension benefits, health-care benefits, etc.

I should point out that most of the concerns I voiced about corporate corruption 24 months ago have come true in the past six months. Am I a genius? Hardly. I just reasoned that if my Fortune 1000 company was pulling these types of shenanigans, what were the "bad" companies doing?
