10-Q talks more about and what they got from the sale. Some of that (2 mil) was to reduce debt. Also the 10-Q states the K-stan aquisition form MED. It states they must spend 6.5 Million in the first 3 years on siesmic and drilling and the fact that there is some companies in talk to develop the area. 6.5 mil, unless this is a shallow well (<4000') is cheap for one well. You can get this 10-Q from Yahoo. It's dated May 15th.
