''This is an evil man who, left to his own devices, will wreak havoc again on his own population, his neighbors and, if he gets weapons of mass destruction
and the means to deliver them, all of us. (It) is a very powerful moral case for regime change,'' she told BBC radio. ''We certainly do not have the luxury of doing nothing.''

Ted, there is ironically good news in this. The administration is feeling the heat of European (and world) disapproval and may be responding with PR. I think she will find little support in the UK. Notice that critical <if> and <when> in her statement. Leaves you thinking that they know that he does not have much of an arsenal.

Al, I would not be surprised. But with them, it doesn't take much. They operate from a high level of paranoia so that an M-16 rifle becomes a weapon of mass destruction. The worst part about it is that their paranoia becomes self fulfilling......they continually pick at the problem, in this case Saddam, until they get a negative reaction. Then they turn to everyone and say see, I told you so. Its screwed.
