On Thursday, the QQQ dollar weighted put/call ratio closed at a very low .22, a short-term negative indication for the Nasdaq. Historically, unusually low dollar weighted ratios have preceded a one-day drop in the Nasdaq. Of the last ten instances in which we've seen a QQQ dollar weighted ratio at .50 or less, the QQQ has closed lower the following day in every case but one...
