heard that Citi's Salomon is at risk on Adelphia fraud yet another lawsuit against Citi they apparently knew much about improperly diverted funds by Rigas family they knew specifics about the actual investments this lawsuit theme is gonna grow into a monster Citi already is being sued class action by Enron sholders their claim is based upon non-disclosure of the illegal hidden debts in offshare SPE's this doesnt even address myriad dotcom and diddly tech IPO's all of which are dead equity issues this lawsuit theme will grow and grow and grow the USA nation is one of lawsuit-happy crazy people with tens of thousands of lawyers eager to help for once I might be proud of our legal profession SIC SIC SIC 'EM / jim
