Well, we can keep talking about it, off and on. I'm not trying to persuade you to my line of thinking. I would not be participating in these exchanges if I didn't enjoy doing it. There certainly is a line which divides us in this particular respect, and perhaps always will, but as long as we can discuss it civilly it seems worthwhile to me to do so.

Here is an opening for you, now or sometime later: I don't see how "morality by committee" could ever be trusted to work.
