Why isn't this a credible rally? bigcharts.marketwatch.com The market may re-test the lows in October or it may not, but (still not betting the farm) I believe there's something happening here. There's another 12 years for the NAZ and DOW to go lower (2006 IMHO), but right now it's year 2 of the presidential cycle and I expect solid gains by next spring.
