Everyone's got lots of speculation and conjecture, but nobody knows any facts. I will state that the speculative statements are worth noting, and I would like to see them answered.

But there are some on the thread that worry about due process being shelved in some cases (Jose Padilla in your case), and don't think we need due process to convict Enron. Suspicious circumstances seem to be enough. Not saying that you necesarily fall in the latter category, but your statement implies that you might.
