Please be advised that until his attitude changes, such that he will respect the TOU conditions, Douglas's posting will be confined to the Tyhee, Haber and Nexland threads for updates and on topic replies, if any. At this point it is not clear if the GATA information he places onto the Gold Price Monitor thread violates the TOU in fact, but in spirit that is the case so this also will be terminated.
