To all:
I have not been on this thread for a long time. AGO looked like a dead issue to me. But, this new report seems to be telling us that there is life left yet! The report looks good on the surface. Remember though that further drilling will have to confirm the extent of the finds. Are the results only in one place or will they be confirmed to be spread over a larger area? This is the big question. The present results are very, and I stress very, rich and concentrated. Lets see what happens by the end of the summer. In the mean time the stock should be on the rise. I have renewed hope for my original investment. And yes, most gold stocks are POG sensitive. Any rise in the POG should mean a rise in the stock price as each company's assets increase in value. But sometimes this doesn't happen. Go figure.
Further, AGO has a rather large float for a small company. This can have two effects; 1- individual investors are not interested and 2- larger investors, read institutions, are interested if and when they decide to get back into gold stocks. Any comments on this?
Good luck to everyone.
Steve.
