For better or for worse, I bought 3000 shares at 1 1/2 yesterday. It IS possible to buy below the ask price, ridiculous spread nothwithstanding. Tried for more but could not get the orders filled.

When I look back over the events of the last several months, I feel that the positives (operational successes, shareholder visits and their shared opinions) outweigh the negatives (SEC investigation, slower than expected processor production and sales). I think that Zeev said in an earlier message that this might be 'dead money' for a while. Fine. I have always looked upon GRNO as a long term investment. Will the share price drop below 1? Distinctly possible, but if it does so, I will be in to buy. Many of the finest investors (Warren Buffett, Benjamin Graham, Peter Lynch, John Neff) have taken positions in out of favour stocks and held until their values are realised. Now, I am not under any illusion that I am a Buffett (Jimmy, maybe?) and Green Oasis is certainly no GEICO in terms of assets, but the value is there in the form of the technology, the management and the market for the product in the long term. I expect to be well compensated for the increased risk that GRNO will not survive as a company (read this as eyes being wide open).

Finally, I would like to thank all of you who have visited the company and shared your opinions in this forum. There is no substitute for face to face contact. Unfortunately, the cost for me to do so from the UK is a bit prohibitive. I feel as though I have gotten the next best thing.

Mike
