Any chance they will raise money via loans ? This may not impact the stock price as rapidly as a second offering although it should. I do believe that the recent problems of SIRI bode well for XMSR in any case so I'm not sure your pessimism is warrented. If they can prove to be the "gorilla" in this market than it will not matter how they raise the additional funds to sustain themselves during the early stages of development. If they are THE player in this market and you believe it is a viable market what differance does it make whether you buy them for $3 or $1.50 when they'll eventually be $50 ? I suppose if you're just looking for $3.50 it's worth discussing but I'm looking for at least a 4 bagger here in the next 18 months !!!!!!! Not worth the risk of missing the boat in my opinion if you have any high risk cash to invest.......... Good luck in any case, Mike
