So far, the only "regime" the US has managed to change is that of tiny Panama: former narco-president Noriega got "smoked out" of the Vatican embassy and dumped in a Florida jail for a 100+-year term. But Fidel's still ruling over Cuba, Gaddafi over Libya... Ok, I grant you that Milosevic was taken out also --but did that bring about any change in Serbia's regime? Both Bosnians and Kosovars still wait for a full-fledged, sovereign state. Gus
