2. Our domestic economy has become, except for agriculture, largely a service economy. We import much of our clothing, oil, steel, and many other goods and commodities. As the dollar decline these are automatically marked up in price, unless the supplying countries choose to absorb the hardship of being paid less. But at some point prices must rise to reflect the real cost of producing those commodities and goods.

It's called comparative advantage, the US is allowing world economic partners to supply US demand for goods, as it should!

Europe cant offer anything close, politics wont permit it, so you have organized trading cabals doing the dirty work of politicians. When the workers of the world, understand that their jobs are substatively tied to US consumer consumption, well that makes these attempts to diminish the US sort of moot does it not.
