I spoke with Jaime at one office and spoke with someone else at the other office and there does seem to be some confusion. Unfortuneately I was in a rush and didn't make clear notes. Next time I call I will.

The new wells will be announced sometime soon.

Mr. Griffin stated that 8 wells were now producing.

I also recall reading that some of the wells were only producing 1/2 barrel a day before being taken over by ERHC and now were producing 3 barrels a day. The BAPCO tool is not yet being used.

In one office a projection was made indicating that either the stock or the underlying value will be $8.00 by Dec. 31. In the other office I was told that "we don't make projections."

My message, more than anything else, is that more DD needs be done and not everything is clear yet. To me this indicates a need for caution.
