<<James, Your guess is as good as mine. I would tend to think that .20 cents is
reasonable. If Noam was not bluffing back in March?, when he indicated that things
were going fine for the company in Europe and Japan, and things have continued to do
fine, then there might even be a fair chance of beating 20 cents. I would have to think
though, as many others on this thread have said, that the secondary offering would not
have been announced ahead of a disappointing quarter.>>

I think I would be "shocked" and disapointed if earnings come in at
"ONLY" .20. Last qtr was .18 and prev qtr was .16 (before revised down
to .08 when the qtr was restated a few months ago). This would indicate
a slowing down of growth, when the signs are growth is holding or
even accellerating (yes, with GE in full production and IP switch in this
qtr, it could accellerate).

My guess is .22-.23 on revs of 43M or higher.

A point I haven't seen mentioned is that the downward restatement of
earnings for last Q3 and Q4 (due to Fibronics acquisition)
is going to make the comparison with THIS Q3 and Q4 look even more
awesome, year to year.
