Jim, maybe, but I don't see those frivolous lawsuits going anywhere. Everyone pretty much recognizes that various benchmarks all tell different stories. Why not make a lawsuit against AMD's QuantiSpeed? Do you think that system is without its faults? Only the AMDroids believe that. Megahertz Sells, but I've never seen it advertised under the guise of "performance". I can already tell I'm opening a bag of controversy here, but I don't really care. It's up to the courts to decide, not peons on an Internet investment forum. wbmw
