Lee: Since the report intimated that IMMD would have been profitable but for the drain in legal fees, we can no doubt assume it is costing the company way too much money. As to when it will end, I haven't a clue. Probably one side or another will have to give up and toss in the towel, and I can't offer any input on that at all....other than to repeat what I said in an e-mail to a *P member - "Come the revolution, the lawyers should go to the wall first!" Given what the legal system as it now exists has done to - and not "for" - this country, that idea is far less repugnant to me than it one was. Art
