so we're talking victims of productivity here. Plenty of the disposessed got jobs working in factories and mills, so overall prosperity increased. They were in the same boat as buggy whip manufacturers, horse drawn carriage operators, and ladies who can only operate typewriters, not computers. Adapt or die.
