How exactly can you "double down" in the 7s when by your own admission 99% of your investment capital was already invested in REFR

I never said that. I said that 99% of my stock portfolio was REFR. I got out of the market a long time ago. Since you seem to care so much about my financial status you'll be happy to know that I have most of my investment capital in rental real estate. Ever hear of equity? Seen the rates you can get on an equity line? You can double down by doubling your holdings. The stock is unbelievably cheap and not a speculative investment any more now that SPD is not only commercialized but is being acknowledged by the competition as being an energy saving alternative.

The nice thing about owning REFR is the simplicity of the business model -- they license SPD tech to companies and get 5-10% of the net sales back. They only spend $4 million a year and those expenses will not increase significantly as sales of SPD grow exponentially.

They are now the front runner in the switchable glazing race and I expect more companies will sign up for SPD licenses and distributorship as awareness and demand grow.

Low-e glass has paved the way. It took 10 years for low-e to get 10% but now that energy conservation is again becoming a hot topic expect to see more buildings look to alternatives like SPD to make energy-efficient buildings.

And I own it and I will get 5-10% of every square foot of SPD sold. How much of the 40,000,000,000 sq. ft will be SPD?

Won't take much before we see it come back to us in dividends.

The hard part is done.
