Give this a try:

Start at the update site:
windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Ignore the scanning for update stuff. When the page is fully loaded, look for the link along the left side of the page called Personalize Windows Update, under the Other Options section. Click that, and then in the right-hand pane you should see a check box for "Display the link to the Windows Update Catalog under See Also." Check that, then click Save Settings.

Now, under the "See Also" section in the left-hand pane, you should be able to click a "Windows Update Catalog" link. Click that, and when the right side loads, click "Find updates for Microsoft Windows operating systems."

Select your Operating System and language, then click the down arrow for Advanced Search Options.
