Jerome, Do you honestly believe Warren Buffett sits around and worries about politics? He buys excellent companies at great values when the opportunities present themselves. Re: defending Taiwan I am against war or conflict at all possible costs, but this is one where even I must say that the PRC should not be allowed to waltz in and then all over Taiwan as they do everyone else. If we absolutely must fight or rattle the sabre, let us do it for freedom, liberty and individual rights. Brian
