I thought you might have insight into these questions.

Why am I no longer able to change the ebill payment amount?

Anyone else receive ebills from Exxon Mobil Mastercard where the account balance always shows as 0 even when there is a balance?

Anyone else frustrated with CheckFree customer service reps where they don't even answer the question?

I've include the correspondence with CheckFree below:

The minimum payment due is $15.00 on my Exxon Mobil ebill account. Your service does
not show the account balance which is $199.92. I am attempting to pay the full balance
of $199.92 but your service will not let me pay anything in excess of the $15.00
minimum payment.
