(a) Something is wrong with Citi, and the Japanese are helping to prop it NYT had interesting article this week on the efforts to "prop up the Citibank building in Manhattan". If you've seen it it is a pretty amazing building standing on huge stilts and actually overhanging a church. Now they are worried the piers aren't strong enough to withstand a terrorist attack and they are adding extra shielding... David
