Rooney,

Ain't any fundamentals -- yet. The company is just starting out,
but they've set up several deals with MAJOR players, including
Polaroid and Zenith. Plus, their MediaPlex 2000 units were a
hit at the Consumer Electronics Show (and, this week, at huge
trade shows in Europe). If you want more info, call Ron Birch

Not to mention that they've already had write-ups in the Wall
Street Journal, AND the New York Times (which never writes
about Canadian companies, especially unknowns such as XVN).

Furthermore, the deal was put together by a Bank of Tokyo
sub.
