Thanks for posting that article.

We've been becrying the ills of convertible debt for some time. Nice to know that "they" actually have been working on this scam for a couple of years and finally bringing some pressure to bear.

This guy Valentine has been in the grease before. One would think that they would get tired of chasing him all over the world and just throw him in a dark little jail somewhere. <GGGGGGGGGGGGG>

Interesting that it is just not the offshore sleaseballs that are involved in convertibles too...wonder how deeply involved some of the hedgefunds as well as pension funds are....one that comes to mind is Wisconsin State Board..they have literally desimated RDRT with their convertible.
