If you ever get the chance to try a Malavasia Bianca, do try it. Lovely fruity sweet wine. Comes in sparkling too- but I prefer non-sparkling. A winery near us makes it- and they also have the best restaurant in our valley. Their cheese terrine is fabulous- My husband always gets that with the vegetarian platter- I can never skip the roast lamb sandwich.
