hmmm, well I am the world's worst joke teller. Especially jokes where I forget the setup details. But the punchline goes something like this - "All I could see was one poor monkey trying to put the plug back in".

You can assume that the plug goes back into the pig and that the pig had been overeating prior to the earlier removal of the plug.

I get the impression that Greenspan is the Monkey referred to in the punchline.
