Just as Norman Schwarzkopf said this morning, the decisions concerning the UN agreement were concurred with by each and every contituent of the coalition. The nations fighting the war ALL approved the language of UNSC Resolution 687. On this basis, alone, one can easily determine whether the scope of UNSC Resolution 687 was what it should have been.

Pardon me if I put the collective expertise of those negotiating the agreement above that offered by you, a flaming liberal whose credibility has been destroyed by your inability to respond to a simple question concerning Clinton's lies.
