I guess our main discussion here is whether on the Dow/Nasdaq chart we are on the last pivot low before the bottom or the 2nd to the last pivot low before the bottom.

I believe the 4-year cycle would have us at the last pivot low before the bottom, but that chart is a bit muddy. The angle of this rise would seem to correlate best with the last pivot low, however. We'll see.
