Naturally, the officers are not too pleased with what has taken place. However, the company doesn't have any funds to pursue legal action, and even if they did P&G could easily out spend them. And they could only claim specific damages that might only add up to a million or two. Whereas, the shareholders can claim a collective loss of 35 million as a result of false intent, misrepresentation, predatory practices, etc. I'm still hoping it won't come to a lawsuit but it is probably the last option if P&G does not respond.
