Dan,

Thanks for you post. I agree with your take on what is ahead. I think economists, Wall Street and Washington understand the situation just as we do, but they will take every last cent they can out of this system until it blows up. The public will get educated and will realize they have been taken for a ride to poverty with these institutions. I have a couple of friends that have figured out they were taken to the cleaners and they are not happy!!!!! I also expect the public to be debt averse when this is all over. This whole process could take many years.
