Send me the same message in one-two years when your real estate is worth less than now, genius!!!!!!!! The price of Real Estate has been going up on average ever since I first started buying. The land that I bought when I built my home has gone up 1800% in a little over 25 years. The value of my real estate doesn't matter to me because I own it all free and clear lock, stock and barrel. If real estate 'suffers' <gg> a downturn in value, it is always short term. That reality just gives those of us with enough genius an opportunity to buy more. ;) M
