Here we go again. I thought everything was working fairly smooth until yesterday when I placed a limit order for SIII at 10 1/4 at 3:07
pm. No confirmation within minutes like has recently been happening. At the end of day, I get message, order had expired without filling. I look back and see that SIII never traded above 10 1/4 until 3:30 pm. SIII now sitting at 12 1/8. They never seem to screw up when stock is going down, its always when its going up. So, I filed a discrepancy and have yet to hear final word on it. Has anybody had any luck filing a discrepancy? I hope they have enough guts to correct mine and get me the stock, I should have had a nice profit.
