Don, FSI hit 18 1/4 for a brief time back in I believe Feb of this year. The stock had moved quickly from the 11 range to 18 range and then back down to the 11 range. On Yahoo Charts it shows the spike and gives the 52 week range as well. It was a short time that it sat there and it got there with a lot less shares trading hands. That is why I think this could go for a big ride. The "big" money hopefully knows something and are getting in. At least that is what I hop is happening. I've seen it happen so many times before.
