The House Black Caucus is the home of some of the most disgraceful embarrassments to American government and American history. Furthermore, they are entrenched in their offices because the liberal racist state legislatures still practice segregation and affirmative action in redistricting.

HOWEVER-It's nice to find that the people may be still able to put a limit on what they will tolerate from these ignorant cretins who disgrace our House, and the constitution and ideals upon which it is based:
