<< You DO know who Selkowitz is don't you? >> Yeah, he's the guy from Lawrence Labs, who you said didn't know what he was talking about, when he said (in the exact same article you just quoted from) that SPD windows would run 5 times the cost of regular windows. Same article: "Saxe and Research Frontiers President Joseph Harary say the product should be emerging in stores this year." -- that was last year.
