There are no fundamental parallels at all, Lizzie. Listing a few of the differences is silly...there are just none. The nasdaq is following the same course as the sp did in those two previous periods, with NO economic similarities in the backdrop. Might as well compare the action of the nas to the action of coffee beans in 1980.

This experience is otherworldly. It should never have even started, let alone run like this.

Is it not totally clear that when the fed tightened 7 times(?)in 1999, and 2000, it never had to tighten even once. When you make that many errors for two years what happens?Now we know. And soon we will drag out of this muck. Nas 3000 by 2007. Like that?<G>
