I think this got it's real boost with the Japanese handout. Now it is just another pressure group with their hand out. The "Guilty White Liberals" will be all for it, of course.
We have a smaller version of it here in Hawaii. But since the Hawaiian trusts own over six Billion bucks worth of the place, it takes a different form.
