Hi Art- I love reading you opinions and commentary on a regular basis.
There are alternatives to the above statement by you. We can and
should reduce spending in many Government agencies even while increasing
the defense budget. Also the Government (IRS) could do a much better job
in collecting the taxes that are due. An irony to the above is that the IRS
did collect income taxes from WCOM which were not due. RB
