In your disdain for the previous Administration you failed to mention that home ownership percentages rose more than in any previous Administration. As for your credentials they are great and I am sure you would have done well in real estate but 1800 per cent is hitting the lotto. I reiterate 4-5% is the norm. Like I said dumb luck struck and Mr. Softee moved next door. Now if your President pursues his current course of poking every other country in the eye and someone sets off a large nuke blast in Seattle your real estate will be worthless overnight. Oh well, smoke em out make war not love!!!!!!
