Evidence is corroborated by interviews and information obtained from inside the company.

How is non-public information deemed evidence? If I cannot verify what you are saying, then it is not evidence, but merely rumor. Rumors are abound in today's market - much like in the previous bull market. This kind of information can be rooted in stock manipulation - even though that may not be your intent. So, until I can assess its veracity, any such rumor is unqualified IMHO.

Relatedly, layoffs are all over the tech sector and the economy generally and not limited to IBM, or if it bares to be true, even PSFT.
