gt, Once again its okay for you to get a mortgage but no one else eh? Are you that controlling? Like I said I offer A+ financing, todays rate at 6.25% fixed, kinda of makes your old loan look like crap with all the phoney life stuff you stuck on it. You can buy term life much cheaper than mortgage life insurance. You got rolled babe. Tom PS:Contrrary to your pulpy propaganda I have never written a single 125% loan ever. Did you get sucked into one of those also?
