Yes, the 13D was filed today, but it seems the purchase of the preferred and warrants that triggered the filing took place in October.

Besides the 8,508,372 shares (the amount of common into which the preferred and warrants they hold can be converted into)they also hold 70,000 shares of common.

Apparently Joseph & Jane Lewis are British citizens and INT is a Bahamian Corporation. They also have a subsidiary in Windermere, Floridaa.
