the problem or great opportunity with small cap stocks is that when when somebody wants out no matter what the cost then the share price gets hammered....this cause all the people that kept buying the dip to panic and sell out also...this leads to viscious cycle when selling feeds on itself... that leaves a company way below fair market value....so its a big opportunity for people to buy is they hadnt bought in earlier... of course the risk is that the big guy that wanted out knows something we dont... in this case though i think it is just funds wanting to get out of anything telecom...
