They describe this rock as Jadeite, which is a pyroxene and then say it is "a serpentine rock". Serpentine as a variety not a descriptive term is an Amphibole. "Blue" Jade is a fairly common and softer Amphibole and is not prized worldwide as is the green Chinese Jade is which is true Jadeite. It may be an interesting archeaological find, but not a staggering mineralogical one.
