Good morning, Tom. WRT your observations about the next decade:

1. Absolutely no inflation but rather TREMENDOUS DEFLATION.
I would ask you to explain your case for deflation. While I don't necessarily see inflation, I'm not sure about deflation.

2. China will rule economically
Don't totally agree. While Bejing and Shanghai show western capitalism, the rest of the country is poor in its infrastructure as well as per capita income. In order to rule economically, your house must be in good order. China's isn't.

3. Almost everything will be produced in China and the rest of Asia. We will not be able to compete on a Cost of Labor basis. We are even seeing inroads made in agriculture by the Asian countries.
Just about everything now is produced in China or in nearby countries. Ag is not and will not be a threat to the West. China can't even feed its own, moreless think about competing with western producers.

4. Biggest key will be that we care about human life and it's conditions and with China and other countries that will be secondary.
Totally agree.

Buy this market and stay away from Gold.
At least I'm thinking about buying, and Gold doesn't factor into my buying plans.(G)

Have a good one!
