Question for thread:

On Windows XP Home, IE 6 (I think), when I open up a new window in the browser it has started opening minimized instead of opening in a window that covers half or more of the screen. That means I have to take the extra step of maximizing the window (which then fills the whole screen). This just started happening over the weekend, but I didn't knowingly change any settings. What gives? How do I get it back the way it was?
