Hi Ben ~ Glad to see you posting again. A couple of questions for when you get time. The NEWS RELEASE that was dated 'July 18, 1996' obviously should have read '1997'. You said that it was actually released on the 16th instead. Where was it released? I watch PRN, Businesswire, Reuters Delayed and everything else I can find but I never saw it come across. Was it just submitted for release and never actually released? we should be able to use a rather creative financial instrument which should provide little or no short term dilution to current shareholders, and with no large debt. Can you mention WHO this world class organization is. And what is meant by 'rather creative financial instrument'? How can you/we get monies without 'much' debt or dilution? You used the word 'Placement', I take this to mean other than the one just completed.? Speaking of which, In the last Private Offering memorandem, it stated The company pledges to affect a registration statement with the SEC for all shares of Common Stock sold herein on or before June 30, 1997. What is the status? I apologize if I missed this being discussed somewhere before. Also, if you need more beta testers, I'm game. Thanks for your time. ~ Jack
